Rick Weijers is als universitair docent verbonden aan het Instituut voor Privaatrecht van de Universiteit Leiden. Zijn expertise ligt met name in het (onroerende) goederenrecht, het huwelijksvermogensrecht en de notariële wetgeving. Over deze rechtsgebieden doceert en publiceert hij ook. Tevens is hij onder meer als auteur verbonden aan de GS Personen- en familierecht voor de titels 1.6-1.8 BW inzake het huwelijksvermogensrecht.
Eelco Bergsma is Director Assertion, IPR & Licensing at Ericsson and he will coordinate European litigation for the company. Before he was partner and Lawyer at Taylor Wessing.

Jan-Ger Knot is Raadsheer bij het Hof Arnhem-Leeuwarden. Daarnaast is hij universitair docent internationaal privaatrecht aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
Miriam Kiefer is founding partner of Kather Augenstein and has been active as a lawyer for over 15 years. She has conducted more than a hundred infringement proceedings, primarily for patents and utility models. A majority of these disputes were cross-border proceedings, so she is thus familiar with the coordination of multinational disputes.
