Rob Kooger is Registeraccountant en Forensisch Mediator. Hij heeft ruime ervaring in de echtscheidingspraktijk en als financieel adviseur. Ook is hij deskundige voor diverse rechtbanken en hoven.
Carlos van Staveren is partner in the Intellectual Property practice in Amsterdam and focuses on technology-related matters and patent law in particular. He litigates on a broad range of sectors and have been involved in numerous landmark patent proceedings in the Netherlands, the EPO and before the UPC. He has extensive experience handling and coordinating multijurisdictional and pan-European patent proceedings.
Christophe Ronse is lawyer and partner at Altius Gent. He is a partner in the Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution department of ALTIUS and leads the life sciences and patents practice group within the firm. He specialises in IP, with a particular focus on patent law and pharmaceutical law. Christophe assists and guides national and international clients in complex disputes.
Julia is advocaat, mediator en coach in het familierecht. Zij is daarnaast zenmeester. Zij volgde de coachingsopleiding bij Move a Mountain van 2008-2010. Zij rondde een minor filosofie aan de VU van 2009-2010. Zij volgde in 2015 een opleiding bij Diane Musho Hamilton (zenleraar, mediator en facilitator, alsmede auteur van het boek “everything is workable”). Zij volgde in 2023 een training big mind facilitator. Haar praktijk (DuurzaamScheiden B.V.) bestaat voor 80% uit mediation en collaborative divorce.
