Frits van der Kamp is fiscaal juridisch adviseur familievermogensrecht. Hij verzorgt regelmatig seminars en doceert sedert 20 jaar aan vele (postacademische) opleidingsinstituten. Tevens is hij als docent fiscaal recht werkzaam bij het Fiscaal Instituut Tilburg University. Hij publiceert regelmatig waaronder in het Vakblad Financiële Planning. Rick Weijers is als universitair docent verbonden aan het Instituut voor Privaatrecht van de Universiteit Leiden.
