Sebastien Versaevel is Partner and European patent litigator at Winston Taylor Benelux. He focuses on European patent litigation, with an emphasis on the Unified Patent Court (UPC), and has experience before the Dutch patent courts.

She specialises in intellectual property law, with a focus on national and international patent litigation in all technical fields with a broad expertise in FRAND and licensing issues.
Carlos van Staveren is partner in the Intellectual Property practice in Amsterdam and focuses on technology-related matters and patent law in particular.
