Christophe Ronse is partner at ALTIUS Brussels in the Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution department and leads the life sciences and patents practice group within the firm. He specialises in IP, with a particular focus on patent law and pharmaceutical law. Christophe assists and guides national and international clients in complex disputes.
Ian Sumner is Rechter bij de Rechtbank Zeeland-West-Brabant en Voorzitter van de Landelijke Expertgroep IPR bij de rechtspraak. Tevens is hij Hoogleraar Familierecht en IPR aan de Tilburg University.

Carlos van Staveren is partner in the Intellectual Property practice in Amsterdam and focuses on technology-related matters and patent law in particular. He litigates on a broad range of sectors and have been involved in numerous landmark patent proceedings in the Netherlands, the EPO and before the UPC. He has extensive experience handling and coordinating multijurisdictional and pan-European patent proceedings.
Adrianne van Rheenen is ortho-pedagoog/ GZ-psycholoog. Ze is werkzaam bij de Raad voor de Kinderbescherming, tevens geeft ze presentaties en cursussen aan gerechtelijke organisaties, universiteiten en organisaties binnen de jeugdzorg en gezondheidszorg.
Eelco Moerman is familierechter in de Rechtbank Rotterdam. Daarnaast is hij bijzonder hoogleraar Rechtspraak in Theorie en Praktijk aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.

Brigitte Chin-A-Fat is advocaat-scheidingsmediator in haar eigen praktijk in Breda. Verder is zij lid van de vFAS, MfN-registermediator, forensisch mediator (lid VVFM) en overlegscheidingsadvocaat (lid VVCP). Tevens publiceert zij regelmatig over mediation en familierechtelijke onderwerpen, zoals het ouderschapsplan en gezag en omgang en treedt regelmatig op als docent/trainer.
