He is a partner in the Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution department of ALTIUS and leads the life sciences and patents practice group within the firm. Carlos van Staveren is partner in the Intellectual Property practice in Amsterdam and focuses on technology-related matters and patent law in particular. He litigates on a broad range of sectors and have been involved in numerous landmark patent proceedings in the Netherlands, the EPO and before the UPC. He has extensive experience handling and coordinating multijurisdictional and pan-European patent proceedings.
Annelies Hendriks is ontwikkelingspsycholoog, met bijzondere belangstelling voor gezinssysteem theorie, in samenhang met de ontwikkelingsstadia van kinderen. Zij is MfN-registermediator en bijzonder curator in IKO-zaken. Zij heeft haar praktijk in Leiderdorp.
