Carlos van Staveren is partner in the Intellectual Property practice in Amsterdam and focuses on technology-related matters and patent law in particular. He has extensive experience handling and coordinating multijurisdictional and pan-European patent proceedings.

Myriam Lückers is raadsheer-plaatsvervanger bij het Hof Den Haag. Tot 1 juni 2024 was ze AG bij de Hoge Raad. Daarvoor was zij senior-raadsheer bij het Hof Den Haag en voorzitter Team strafrecht, voorzitter Team Familierecht, rechter bij de rechtbank Rotterdam (sector straf) en kinderrechter. Zij heeft veel publicaties op haar naam staan op het gebied van het jeugdstrafrecht en familierecht. Tevens is zij voorzitter van de EB redactie.
