Frits van der Kamp is fiscaal juridisch adviseur familievermogensrecht. Hij verzorgt regelmatig seminars en doceert sedert 20 jaar aan vele (postacademische) opleidingsinstituten. Tevens is hij als docent fiscaal recht werkzaam bij het Fiscaal Instituut Tilburg University. Hij publiceert regelmatig waaronder in het Vakblad Financiële Planning. Frits studeerde Nederlands Recht te Nijmegen en Fiscaal Recht te Leiden.
Willem Hoyng is lid van the drafting committee of the Rules of Proceedings and of the Advisory Committee of the Preparatory Committee. Teven gekozen tot Chairman of the Advisory Committee van de UPC.
