Julia is advocaat, mediator en coach in het familierecht. Zij is daarnaast zenmeester. Zij volgde de coachingsopleiding bij Move a Mountain van 2008-2010. Zij rondde een minor filosofie aan de VU van 2009-2010. Zij volgde in 2015 een opleiding bij Diane Musho Hamilton (zenleraar, mediator en facilitator, alsmede auteur van het boek “everything is workable”). Zij volgde in 2023 een training big mind facilitator. Haar praktijk (DuurzaamScheiden B.V.) bestaat voor 80% uit mediation en collaborative divorce.
Jessica Terwiel is gz-psychologe en tegenwoordig vooral werkzaam in de zorg en het onderwijs rondom verborgen huiselijk geweld, en neemt daarnaast sporadisch een forensische onderzoeksopdracht aan. Zij is ruim twintig jaar tevens kinder- en jeugdpsychologe en gerechtelijk deskundige geweest.

Miriam Kiefer is founding partner of Kather Augenstein and has been active as a lawyer for over 15 years. Rick Weijers is als universitair docent verbonden aan het Instituut voor Privaatrecht van de Universiteit Leiden. Zijn expertise ligt met name in het (onroerende) goederenrecht, het huwelijksvermogensrecht en de notariële wetgeving. Over deze rechtsgebieden doceert en publiceert hij ook. Tevens is hij onder meer als auteur verbonden aan de GS Personen- en familierecht voor de titels 1.6-1.8 BW inzake het huwelijksvermogensrecht.
