Christophe Ronse is lawyer and partner at Altius Gent. He is a partner in the Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution department of ALTIUS and leads the life sciences and patents practice group within the firm. He specialises in IP, with a particular focus on patent law and pharmaceutical law. Christophe assists and guides national and international clients in complex disputes.
Tobias Hessel is partner at Clifford Chance in Düsseldorf and he advises and represents clients in national and multi-jurisdictional IP litigation cases.
He is very experienced in patent litigation cases predominantly in the fields of information technology, medical devices, telecommunications, and semiconductors. Tobias has significant experience in representing his clients in disputes relating to standard-essential patents (SEPs) including the antitrust related aspects (FRAND).
Rick Weijers is als universitair docent verbonden aan het Instituut voor Privaatrecht van de Universiteit Leiden. Zijn expertise ligt met name in het (onroerende) goederenrecht, het huwelijksvermogensrecht en de notariële wetgeving. Over deze rechtsgebieden doceert en publiceert hij ook. Tevens is hij onder meer als auteur verbonden aan de GS Personen- en familierecht voor de titels 1.6-1.8 BW inzake het huwelijksvermogensrecht.
