Frits van der Kamp is fiscaal juridisch adviseur familievermogensrecht. Hij verzorgt regelmatig seminars en doceert sedert 20 jaar aan vele (postacademische) opleidingsinstituten. Tevens is hij als docent fiscaal recht werkzaam bij het Fiscaal Instituut Tilburg University. Hij publiceert regelmatig waaronder in het Vakblad Financiële Planning. Frits studeerde Nederlands Recht te Nijmegen en Fiscaal Recht te Leiden.
Rick Weijers is als universitair docent verbonden aan het Instituut voor Privaatrecht van de Universiteit Leiden. Zijn expertise ligt met name in het (onroerende) goederenrecht, het huwelijksvermogensrecht en de notariële wetgeving. Over deze rechtsgebieden doceert en publiceert hij ook. Tevens is hij onder meer als auteur verbonden aan de GS Personen- en familierecht voor de titels 1.6-1.8 BW inzake het huwelijksvermogensrecht.
