Jules Fabre heads Taylor Wessing's patent department in Paris. He specialises in intellectual property, with a particular focus on patent and regulatory matters in the Life Sciences and pharmaceutical sector.
He has extensive experience handling complex French and cross border patent and SPC litigations, both in private practice and inhouse.
Daan de Lange, partner at Brinkhof, specialises in international patent disputes. His practice focuses primarily on pharmaceutical and biotech cases, in which Daan acts for both innovative and generic parties. He also specialises in international FRAND proceedings.
